Parlat a la Prefectura Autònoma Coreana de Yanbian, a la Xina. Es basa fonamentalment en el dialecte Hamgyŏng del nord-est de la península coreana. Aquesta parla regional comparteix moltes similituds amb l'estàndard de Corea del Nord, però compta amb una forta influència del xinès mandarí .

Spoken in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in China. It is fundamentally based on the Hamgyŏng dialect from the northeastern part of the Korean Peninsula. This regional variety shares many similarities with the North Korean standard, but it has a strong influence from Mandarin Chinese.
