Changana (Tsonga)

Llengua bantu de la gran família de llengües nigerocongoleses. El terme "changana" s'utilitza principalment en Moçambic per a referir-se a la varietat local, on és la llengua més parlada a la zona sud, especialment a les províncies de Maputo, Gaza i Inhambane. Té caràcter de llengua nacional oficialment protegida.

The term "Changana" is primarily used in Mozambique to refer to the local variety, where it is the most widely spoken language in the southern zone, especially in the provinces of Maputo, Gaza, and Inhambane. It has the status of an officially protected national language.
